Astoria Butterfly Prosecco Treviso DOC Extra Dry NV

Light straw yellow colour with a tiny, continuous perlage. The Prosecco’s bouquet is elegant, clean-cut and fruity. It's charismatic in taste, harmonious and has a pleasant acidity to it.

The grapes are harvested by hand in September, and lightly crushed. Primary fermentation takes place, and the wine remains in contact with the grapes' skins for a month, followed by secondary fermentation at a slightly colder temperature lasting approximately 30 days. Once bottled, the Prosecco is aged for a couple weeks.
