Astoria Rosamina Rosé Veneto IGT 2022

This wine presents a soft pink color, inviting and delicate in appearance. On the nose, it reveals a sophisticated blend of refined floral aromas, enriched by subtle fruity notes that add complexity and elegance. On the palate, the wine is dry and smooth, with a perfectly balanced structure that offers a harmonious experience. The finish is delicately aromatic, leaving a lasting, graceful impression that highlights the wine's refined nature and well-rounded character.

The grapes are harvested manually in September
and subsequently undergo a short period of
maceration to give the wine the classic hue that is
so sought after. Primary fermentation takes place
at 18°C, with select yeasts. The new wine is left
on its fi ne lees for a number of weeks. It is then
fi ltered and put through cold stabilization before
it is bottled. It is aged in the bottle for at least 20-
30 days in order to ensure that the end product is
balanced, delicate, highly refi ned and well rounded.
