Argiolas Tradizione Costera Cannonau Di Sardegna DOC 2022

This wine presents an intense ruby red color with garnet tinges. The nose is deeply vinous, showcasing the typical character of Cannonau. On the palate, it is warm and well-rounded, with a well-structured body and excellent balance, offering a harmonious and satisfying finish.

The grapes are grown in limestone-clay soils with small pebbles, benefiting from a Mediterranean climate. Hand-harvested in the early morning, the grapes undergo fermentation and maceration at 28-30°C for 10-12 days. Malolactic fermentation occurs in cement glass-lined tanks, followed by 8-10 months of aging in small oak casks and a brief bottle refinement.
