Argiolas Territorio Is Argiolas Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC 2024

This wine has a soft straw yellow color with green tinges. The nose offers an intense primary aroma, delicate and lingering, complemented by excellent secondary aromas and a great bouquet. On the palate, it is lively and fresh, rich yet balanced, with a delicate and fine finish.

The Vermentino grapes are grown at the Argiolas estate in Selegas, with limestone-clay soil and optimal sun exposure. Harvested by hand in the early morning, the grapes undergo a light pressing, and only the first press wine is used. After cooling and natural settling, fermentation occurs with native yeasts at 16-17°C for 25-30 days. The wine is then aged on its lees for 40-60 days to develop complexity.
