Argiolas Inoovazione Cardanera Carignano Del Solcis DOC 2023

This wine has a rich ruby red color. The nose is intense, offering a perfume of wild "macchia Mediterranea" scents along with fresh red fruit aromas. On the palate, it is fresh and savory, with a well-balanced structure and fine, harmonious tannins.

The Carignano grapes are grown on the south-western coast of Sardinia in the Sulcis area, with soil rich in sandstone, clay, and sand. The Mediterranean climate supports balanced grape ripening. Harvested at full ripeness, the grapes undergo fermentation and maceration for 12-15 days at a controlled temperature. The wine then undergoes malolactic fermentation in cement tanks and is aged in bottle for two months before release.
