Argiolas Innovazione Tagliamare Vino Bianco Spumante Brut NV

This wine showcases a straw yellow color with greenish reflections and a fine perlage. The nose is elegant, with delicate notes of white flowers, walnut, pear, and citrus fruits, beautifully intertwined with scents of Mediterranean herbs. On the palate, it is full and sapid, offering an elegant, persistent freshness and a distinctive appeal that reflects the wine's aromatic complexity.

The grapes, grown in marly and clay soils, are manually harvested in early September. After fermentation and maceration at 15-18°C for 30 days, the wine evolves on the yeasts until spring. It undergoes slow re-fermentation in large containers for 40-50 days at 12-14°C, followed by a 30-day rest on the yeasts for added complexity.
