Argiolas Eccellenze Angialis Bianco Isola Dei Nuraghi IGT 2018

This wine displays an intense straw yellow color. The nose offers very intense primary aromas, distinctly Mediterranean, with terpenic characters typical of Nasco. On the palate, it is round and semisweet, or almost sweet, with a rich, full flavor that beautifully recalls the primary aromas.

The grapes are sourced from the Siurgus estate, 230 meters above sea level, in clayey-siliceous soil with layers of lithosols and sandstone. The Mediterranean climate supports the growth of Nasco and small amounts of Malvasia di Cagliari. After hand-harvesting, the grapes undergo soft pressing and slow fermentation at 22-25°C in steel vats, followed by development in barriques for added complexity.
