Argiolas Costamolino Vermentino Di Sardegna DOC 2024

This wine has a straw yellow color with light green tinges. On the nose, it is subtle yet intense, offering a delicate bouquet with both primary and secondary aromas. The palate is fresh and dry, with a lively sapidity and a pleasant, fine texture that adds to its overall elegance.

The Vermentino grapes are hand-harvested from rolling hills with varied soil composition. After careful selection, the grapes are lightly pressed, using only the first press wine. The juice is cooled to 10-12°C for natural settling, then fermented at 16-18°C for about 20 days. The wine is stored at a controlled temperature and aged briefly on its fine lees, enhancing its aromatic character and complexity.
